Particularity

Experimental effect will be increased if there are multiple test results on one scientific examination by microscope vision system. Functionally we can see similar multi point’s time lapse on the market, but there equipment can not be popularized yet actually. Under the previous technology of single dot time lapse, there existed non-accordance of dot in time running, accumulated gap from eye observation movement will be happened to the direction “XY” as well as directing toward “Z”.
In our company experiment, natural movement on irregular dot phenomenon toward “Z” direction was caused from temperature drift on micro scoping observation surroundings besides we found scientific solution to avoid that (Now under process of patent)
Also gap accumulation toward XY direction has been linking technical accuracy of electric driving stage platform, and turned out it is impossible to delete that from the experiment, and we have inverted the method of examination those never leave gap accumulation. (Now under process of patent)

Background

One dot screen vision system by voluntary time set-up for the total well on 96 holes plate from pre-registered examination under observation with confocal laser scanning micro scope.(C.L.S.M.)
Turning 4 dimensions motional appearance to thumbnail by automation regarding total stored vision at each moving interval.
Observatory capacity can be increased and decreased, also observation on the element that is chosen by thumbnail voluntarily.
Eventually 4 dimensions motional appearance is being setted about all in stored vision.
Operating, aiming, intervals adjust, time-set at beginning and finishing. After clearing initial set, rest of all should be done automatically.
It means time-set, its control, and vision registration are under automation.

  1. Testing object can be on the platform of microscope
  2. Searching observation chart XYZ by human eyes under open lighting of daytime or fluorescence lighting and selecting, them installing observation method such as selecting fluorescence lighting filter block and stalk screen sheet numbers.
  3. Setting up time lapse operating condition with time set up of shooting start, shooting finish, shooting interval.
  4. Start driving of automatic shooting
  5. 4D screen will be shown on co-observation chart of each (available automatic turn) among shooting intervals
  6. Increasing and deleting of “co-observation chart” will be possible done at any way among shooting intervals
  7. 4D screen version of chosen chart voluntarily will be built up after clearance of motion shooting
